$ILY

priced in
miladys

$ILY trades against $MILADY — the Flayer collection token, where 1.0 redeems for one real Milady Maker NFT. The quote asset isn’t a currency. It’s the collection itself, in liquid form.

Which means every trade pays fees in fractional Miladys. Not dollars we later convert. Not ETH we promise to spend. The collection, arriving in pieces, automatically.

Those pieces accumulate in the Reliquary. At 1.0 MILADY it redeems a real Milady, and the count goes up by one. It never goes down.

the image

The coin is named after the meme, not the other way around. A sparkle-eyed chibi in a halo of flowers, captioned with a sincerity that the format is supposed to make ironic and somehow doesn’t. It has circulated for years, detached from any origin, which is the most any image can hope for.

That tension is the whole design here. The loud register belongs to the meme; the quiet one belongs to the mechanism. Neither is a joke at the other’s expense.

the loop

  1. Trades in the $ILY/$MILADY pool generate fees, denominated in MILADY.
  2. The bid wall — Flaunch’s Progressive Bid Wall places MILADY limit orders just under spot, automatically.
  3. The escrow collects the remainder. This part already works; it has claimed twice.
  4. The Reliquary accumulates toward 1.0, then redeems a Milady from the Flayer Locker.
  5. The Deepening takes the rest into protocol-owned liquidity that is never withdrawn.
Redemption is chosen, not random. Flayer’s redeem(collection, tokenIds) names exact tokens. So when the Reliquary reaches 1.0, the Locker’s inventory is published and holders vote on which Milady comes out. The vote is non-binding and off-chain. How it works →

three rules

Published so that nobody has to trust us, and so that we cannot quietly change our minds.

Redemption is automatic. It fires whenever the balance permits. Not timed, not announced in advance, not held back for a good moment.

Weak price funds liquidity instead. Below the 30-day average, fees go to the pool rather than to redemption.

The Reliquary never sells. There is no condition under which a redeemed Milady is disposed of. The count is monotonic.

addresses

Verify all of it. None of this means anything if you take our word.

There are several tokens called “Milady”. Ours is the Flayer collection token above. It is not the NFTX v2 vault token, and not $LADYS. Check the address character by character before trading.

how to buy

$ILY is paired against MILADY, not ETH, so buying is a two-hop route: ETH → MILADY → ILY. Aggregators handle this, but price impact is higher than a normal ETH pair, and the MILADY book is thin — 33 tokens exist today. That supply is not capped, and it deepens as people deposit more Miladys, but trade accordingly for now.
